Sha-Touched items are weapons found on the corpses of Grand Empress Shek'zeer in Heart of Fear, and Tsulong, Lei Shi, and the Sha of Fear in the Terrace of Endless Spring. These nine weapons are the only items in the game with a Sha-Touched socket, that can accept a  [Crystallized Dread],  [Crystallized Horror], or  [Crystallized Terror] legendary gem, awarded from Wrathion by completing  [90] Breath of the Black Prince.
