Farahlon (Warlords of Draenor)

Farahlon (or Plains of Farahlon) is currently an inaccessible island to the east of Gorgrond and the north of Tanaan Jungle and Ashran. Plant creatures known as fara are native to Farahlon.[1]
Farahlon has been announced as a zone in the Warlords of Draenor expansion, but will not be released at launch. It is planned to be used later in the expansion's patch cycle. Several Garrison missions involve sending followers to investigate its location.
Trivia
- During Blizzcon 2014 it was revealed that they considered to use Farahlon as a starting location for recently-boosted new characters.
- It is also spelled as Faralohn.[2]
