Flekky Nox is a goblin mage standing in the Drag talking with Zazzle. He is near the gate that leads to the Valley of Honor and comments on new pandaren players who enter the city.
During the Siege of Orgrimmar, he was captured and tied to an Archery Target but soon released by the invading adventurers.
