Scale check?

Do you really need to test scale == 0? I have a sneaky suspicion that if the scale is set to 0, the whole UI would implode and create a black hole. TeжubԎ Ҩ Ѡ 11:02, 24 November 2007 (UTC)

Okey, I'm removing the check... from IRC:

<Tekkub> what happens if you set UIParent's scale to 0?
<Nargiddley> game throws a lua error, no big deal
<Nargiddley> "Scale must be > 0"

To be honest, I didn't even try to set the scale to 0. I just don't like even a remote possibility of dividing by 0. Posted by: EGingell (T|C|F) on 18:26, 24 November 2007 (UTC)

The rest of the UI implodes if you set a value very close to 0, and it won't allow a 0... so I think you don't have to worry about throwing an error as the game collapses around the user :) TeжubԎ Ҩ Ѡ 01:03, 25 November 2007 (UTC)
My math teacher at ITT Tech always used to say that if you divide by 0, the world as we know it would end and the rapture would come. lol Posted by: EGingell (T|C|F) on 08:51, 25 November 2007 (UTC)
