Grizzmapcap
In the yellow square in the Mountain area, next to the to Zul'Drak I think it is written Old god maybe it means old god forces Zakolj 18:30, 17 September 2007 (UTC)
No, it's "Bear god" actually, and also "Ice Trolls" somewhere. --  Shandris  talk / contribs 21:07, 17 September 2007 (UTC)
The green dot in the NW is DT keep I think. I did not read it but that is where it is.--SWM2448 23:48, 17 September 2007 (UTC)

Vrykul PCs? Cormundo 20:19, 20 September 2007 (UTC)

Be nice if we had more clearer pictures like this one for all the zones shown at Blizzcon. Here is a bigger map to go off of also http://blizzplanet.com/coppermine/displayimage.php?album=220&pos=43\

  • The green dot is Drak'tharon Keep and it is labeled as the instance of the zone. The white circle outside would be the quest hub.
  • The yellow square under the Venture Co area is the Fang of the Bear Shrine
  • The yellow square under the Bear God square says Ice Trolls.
  • The area where the zone is darker orange and lighter orange the text at the bottom has 2 arrows which point to the darker area being the low ground and lighter area being high ground.
  • The square under Thor'Modan is Blood of the Bear Shrine
  • The small yellow square south of the neutral town is the Claw of the Bear Shrine.
  • The square next to the neutral camp east of Grizzlemaw says Ancient Ice Troll Ruins.
  • The most southeast yellow square ends with Dwarf Area.
  • Mind as well point out that the red dot is the horde town with the blue dot being the alliance town and the town east of Grizzlemaw is a neutral town. Leviathon 20:41, 20 September 2007 (UTC)
Thanks for info, Levi. "Vrykul PCs" are NPCs by the way. I.e., maybe not enemies but quest givers or something... --  Shandris  talk / contribs 08:56, 21 September 2007 (UTC)
'Scourge surrounding' is below the keep. The box between the two towns says 'PvP'.--SWM2448 22:41, 21 September 2007 (UTC)
Add the 3 towns to your map also Shandris as thats not likely to change and as Sandwich noticed the PvP objective of the zone is between the alliance and horde town. Although we do not know(or rather can't make out) the names we at least do know the locations. Also should mark Drak'tharon as the instance so people stop mistakingly thinking Grizzlemaw is. Leviathon 23:48, 21 September 2007 (UTC)
What's the third town? Scourge, PvP and....? --  Shandris  talk / contribs 11:25, 24 September 2007 (UTC)
The third town is the neutral town next to Grizzlemaw. Leviathon 13:15, 24 September 2007 (UTC)

I created a new version today. Still can't clear out the name of the nutral seetlement. It's something with "T.... T...." if my eyes do not fool me. ;) --  Shandris  talk / contribs 23:09, 25 September 2007 (UTC)

It looks like "Trapper Town" or something to me... the passage from the RPG book did have a brief mention of trappers, so it could make some sense I suppose. ArrantPrac 20:38, 31 October 2007 (UTC)
Trapper Town looks right, but do not feel pressured to accept that as right. More opinions anyone? EDIT: Trappers are confirmed by the Official Wrath page to be in the hills.--SWM2448 20:52, 31 October 2007 (UTC)

Freaky Northrend dryads with clothes on[]

See the new screenshots? What is up with them?--SWM2448 22:03, 20 September 2007 (UTC)

Would guess the Cenarion Circle has a group up there fighting against the Venture Co and whoever else is causing problems in Grizzly Hills. Leviathon 22:11, 20 September 2007 (UTC)
As SWM has noticed, I don't think it's confirmed to be the Grizzly Hills in the screenshots. Cool, though (and added to Dryad). User:Kirkburn/Sig3 00:13, 21 September 2007 (UTC)
Well it can only be one of the 4 zones Blizz showed at Blizzcon since that area was shown in one of the videos from when Blizzcon was going on. Doubt they have any other zones done enough to take screenshots of. Seems to fit Grizzly Hills and likely one of the 3 shrines labeled on the map. While the fog makes it not look like Grizzly Hills it has been seen that the fog can change drastically in zones. http://youtube.com/watch?v=kWmMTPTPPu4 Leviathon 00:45, 21 September 2007 (UTC)
That's not confirmation or beyond reasonable doubt though, is it? User:Kirkburn/Sig3 00:49, 21 September 2007 (UTC)
No hence why it should be left as a ?? to where it is but I can guarantee you we will find out it is in Grizzly Hills in the end :p. Leviathon 01:19, 21 September 2007 (UTC)\
Any chance that it is one of the Corrupted Ones affected by the Nightmare at the Great Tree in Crystalsong? -- Raze 01:43, 21 September 2007 (UTC)

Colossal Prehistoric Bear[]

Something about that bear description in the preview makes me think we are going to see a bear version of Sons of Arugal, Devilsaurs and Fel Reavers here or he will be a world boss :p Leviathon 20:43, 14 February 2008 (UTC)

Actually given that there's an area labeled "Bear God" im thinking its a questgiver.Xlel 02:58, 15 February 2008 (UTC)
Well it could also mean thats where the world boss will be. Leviathon 03:00, 15 February 2008 (UTC)
Reincarnatin of Ursoc, or Ursol, perhaps.Baggins 03:07, 15 February 2008 (UTC)
Actually if Ursoc or Ursol was going to be reincarnated i think it would be together as opposed to one alone.Xlel 15:06, 17 February 2008 (UTC)
Well, thing is, it's pretty much got to be one of them, or someone very closely related. One could have become corrupted, perhaps, and requires redeeming. Kirkburn  talk  contr 10:42, 18 February 2008 (UTC)

Grizzlemaw[]

I was wondering why Grizzlewmaw was marked as a mob camp on the Blizzcon map with the neutral town outside it the entire time. It seems that the Furbolgs are being corrupted by an Old God. So I'd guess the neutral town outside is a group of non corrupted ones. Leviathon (talk) 03:10, 10 May 2008 (UTC)

Worgen town?[]

There's a picture that claims to be of a worgen infected settlement. They're clearly humans (at least in the day). Do we have any reason to believe this is a worgen settlement rather than "Trapper Town"?--Mannerheim (talk) 07:12, 23 May 2008 (UTC)

Arugal is the master of the Worgen, it's his town, maybe he has human workers too? --User:ShandrisForever 14:07, 23 May 2008 (UTC)

Who says Arugal owns it?--Mannerheim (talk) 02:59, 24 May 2008 (UTC)

Fanmade map[]

Is it realy okey to add the fanmade maps? Chaos of Warcraft (talk) 08:07, 18 June 2008 (UTC)

If it is not alpha based, then yes.--SWM2448 19:39, 28 June 2008 (UTC)

Music[]

What's the script command for the music? I have GHI and I want to make a music potion that plays that!! —The preceding unsigned comment was added by WoWDeathknight (talk · contr).
