- Blood Guard are the zone's medium-strength Horde combat NPCs. They may be found in pairs standing around at Horde occupied nodes, or escorting Warspear Raptor Riders as they patrol occupied territories.
- In the beta, they wore a Kor'kron tabard. The Warspear Mine Guards wear the same uniform as them.
