Wisps are floating around Darnassus. Two of them can also be found aboard the ship Elune's Blessing, seemingly helping to guide the ship to its destination. Others could previously be found on the Feathermoon Ferry and The Moonspray.
Following the Burning of Teldrassil, they are found in Stormwind City.
