Pings the minimap.

Arguments[]
- x
- number? - Distance right; negative for left.
- y
- number? - Distance up; negative for down.
Details[]
- Distance is affected by the zoom level; it is not an actual distance in feet.
- With rotateMinimap, the direction remains relative to the minimap's orientation.
- If either argument is omitted or invalid, the map pings in the middle.
