Astral Storm is a Balance druid ability, available at level 42. It is the Lunar Eclipse version of [Hurricane].

When the Druid activates a Lunar Eclipse, Hurricane (nature damage) morphs into Astral Storm (arcane damage), allowing the ability to benefit from the +Arcane damage bonus of the Lunar Eclipse effect. Eclipse gives +37% damage, increased by Mastery. Astral Storm remains active until the Druid reaches a Solar Eclipse.

Except for the spell school change, it is exactly the same as Hurricane, so all talents and Glyphs affecting Hurricane also affect Astral Storm, such as  [Glyph of Hurricane].
