Haohan Mudclaw is the pandaren head of the Tillers Union in Valley of the Four Winds.
History
Mists of Pandaria
Haohan's vote is the final vote required for the player character and Farmer Yoon to become full members of the union themselves. Initially, he is highly skeptical of city-boy Yoon's ability to be a worthy farmer and owner of Sunsong Ranch, which he offers to buy from Yoon. Haohan's opinion slowly changes as the player gains in reputation with the Tillers Union and wins over the other members, until he finally agrees to vote for admitting the player and Yoon.
He likes Ruby Shards and 
[Charbroiled Tiger Steak].
Once you become best friends, Haohan gifts you with Miss Fifi the mushan beast, who will appear grazing the grassy hill just beyond the field at Sunsong Ranch.
Haohan can be found in the Celestial Court on the Timeless Isle.
The Untamed Valley
Haohan accepted a trade of two horses from Agent Malley at Lion's Landing for a cartload of carrots, which he saw as a great deal he couldn't pass up.
After Haohan and Mung-Mung rescued Lyalia, Maraad, and their prisoner Mashok from the virmen, Haohan invited them to have supper at the Haohan. When the Dark Shaman attacked in order to free Mashok, Haohan aids in the defense and survives the night.
Later that day he transported Lyalia, Maraad, and the defeated Mashok in his cart to Lion's Landing, with about three dozen virmen watching the orcish dark shaman the entire way.[1]
