+350 The Black Prince
- Warlord Bloodhilt slain
There's an orc general I've been keeping a close eye on. Warlord Bloodhilt curried a lot of favor with Garrosh Hellscream by beating back an Alliance advance in Southern Barrens. He's now entrenched within the fortress at Domination Point.
I doubt the Alliance can take him out. But... you've proven me wrong before.
If you wish to finish him off, bring friends. Lots of friends.
What of Bloodhilt?
You were being tested, <class>. I knew you were capable of great things by yourself.
But you have proven to me that you have the makings of a leader, cobbling together support among a group of strangers in the midst of a battlefield.
The Alliance is fortunate to have you.
- 294000 XP
- +350 reputation with The Black Prince
As of Patch 5.3, this quest only requires a few helpers to complete, and not a raid. He could even be soloed by very well-geared players, as he now only has 13.1M health, down from 130.8M. Warlord Bloodhilt can be found upstairs in the keep of Domination Point. He is a boss-level orc that will need one tank, and a handful of damage-dealers and maybe a healer. Bloodhilt is not flagged for PvP, but controlling the graveyard at Domination Point is ideal to lessen the time required to run back in case of deaths. Pull him to one corner of the room and have all ranged and healers stack up behind him with the melee DPS. Any units at range can be charged for a massive amount of damage. This quest can be completed with a cross-realm group, and doing so is strongly recommended if the opposing faction is dominant.
After killing Bloodhilt and returning to Wrathion:
- Wrathion says: Have you killed him? Bloodhilt served the Horde in Southern Barrens. You've avenged a great many lives today, champion.
Contrary to Wrathion's message, Bloodhilt was only known to have killed General Hawthorne in revenge for Taurajo.
