Meet Balmedar in the Hall of Blades at the House of Rituals.

Description

The ritual to complete your disguise should be quite simple with the assistance of my oculus. Even a <class> like you should be able to manage it.

When you are ready, simply hold the empowered crystal above Nelesis's corpse. My oculus will do the rest.

Notes

Interact with the corpse to cast a slow version of Illusory Guise, disguising you as Nelesis:

Balmedar says: Satisfactory. Come to see me in the Hall of Blades so I can verify the quality of your guise.

Balmedar says: Oh, just one small note. That acolyte you've just wantonly slain also happens to be the favorite consort of Margrave Sin'dane.

Balmedar says: If for some reason you see fit to betray me, I will make certain the margrave discovers the identity of the murderer.

Balmedar says: But you would never dream of doing that... would you?

You subsequently gain access to a permanent version of the Illusory Guise ability, which appears as an Extra Action Button while in the House of Rituals and its subzones and turns most enemies neutral. Keep clear of the truesight Enchanted Oculi, though. Head up the stairs to the House of Rituals proper, head southeast, then head in to the Hall of Blades, where Balmedar awaits.
