Altar of Hir'eek is a subregion of Zul'Gurub, accessed by turning right up the steep hill just past the first rope bridge. It is where High Priestess Jeklik and her Frenzied Bloodseeker Bat minions can be found.
Patch changes
Patch 4.0.3a (2010-11-23): While the area still exists in the real world, the subzone was removed.
