Archmage Rhydian appear at Crusaders' Pinnacle after it is conquered, here she will teleport the player to Shattrath for the Quest:The Will of the Naaru part of the Crusader Bridenbrad questline. Later in Ulduar she is discussing strategy with a Lore Keeper of Norgannon.
