Pick up  [82] Runestones of Binding before heading out. The cultists are now hostile, watch out! Circle around to the southwest side of L'ghorek. Kill a Twilight Champion to loot the  [Twilight Cage Key], which starts  [82] Prisoners. There are several Twilight Candidates channeling Ancient Conduits, which are in the center of purple runic circles.
