Assault on Val'sharah is part of the Legion Assaults on the Broken Isles. Cenarius chose to stand against the Legion.[1]
The conflict[]
The Fel and the Fawns[]
The demons landed at Sylvan Vale and have begun to corrupt the wild life by capturing Valedew Fawns. Cenarius sends heroes to deal with them.
Zagmothar (quest)[]
Zagmothar lands and patrols the road leading to Suramar. Maiev sends heroes to deal with him.
[10-45LI WQ] The Vale of Dread[]
The Burning Legion lands and under Doomcaller Noromonde take Bladesong's Retreat. They now are opening portals to summon more demons. Cenarius sends heroes to deal with them.
[10-45LI WQ] Ravaged Dreams[]
The demons land at the Field of Dreamers where they have open a portal to bring forth more of there kin. Cenarius sends heroes to deal with them.
Thal'xur (quest)[]
Thal'xur lands at Field of Dreamers for assistance. Illidan sends heroes to deal with them.
Defense of Emerald Bay[]
The demons have landed and assaulted the Heart of Val'sharah, Dreamgrove. The druids there defend the bay with their lives under Lea Stonepaw. Cenarius sends in reinforcements.
Drol'maz (quest)[]
The nathrezim lands and takes control of a cave at Sundersong Glade invested with crazed owlbeasts. Maiev Shadowsong sends heroes to take him out.
[10-45LI WQ] Impvasion![]
A large group of imps got summoned on the Field of Dreamers. Led by Mischief-Maker Ix'blat, they cause chaos to the area around them. Cenarius sends heroes to deal with them.
[10-45LIE WQ] Nez'val[]
Nez'val lands and patrol the road at Howling Dale. Maiev Shadowsong sends heroes to take him out.
[10-45LI WQ] The Taste of Corruption[]
The villagers of Bradensbrook have been offered some demon blood and are slowly going crazy while being enslaved by the Burning Legion. A large portion of fel blood can be found next to Maxwell Caprina, so he could be the one giving them the blood. Cenarius sends heroes to deal with demons and free the humans.
Gloth (quest)[]
Gloth lands and patrols the land leading to Azsuna. Illidan sends heroes to deal with them.
Ulgthax (quest)[]
Ulgthax lands and takes a cave from the local beasts of Kal'delar. Maiev Shadowsong sends heroes to take him out.
Gelthrak (quest)[]
Gelthrak lands and patrols the road outside Black Rook Hold. Maiev Shadowsong sends heroes to take him out.
[10-45LIE WQ] Zar'teth[]
Zar'teth lands and takes the Sabermaw Bluff. Maiev Shadowsong sends heroes to take him out.
Abyssal Monstrosity (quest)[]
An Abyssal Monstrosity lands and start wreaking havoc at the Gloomscale Coast. Illidan sends heroes to deal with him.
The final assault[]
When the area has been secured, Jarod prepares for the last assault on the the Legion ship. He asks adventurers to meet him at Black Rook Hold. There he learns about a foothold at the top of the hold being led by General Zeonar. He clears out the area and kills the General. After this he sends the heroes to Cenarius for the final assault.
When heroes arrive, Cenarius is surrounded gets ready to take down the Legion ship. He starts with as simple assault by taking the lower half of Black Rook Hold. He charged in with Dreamweaver Infantry and Grove Marksmen to take down Crushfist. After he was taken down they made their way Starstalker's Point for its fel energies were blocking the way to the ship. They gained entry to the tower by destroying the Fel Centrum that protected it. They rush to the top of the tower and take out Wrath-Lord Akrazar. On the top of the tower, the heroes take the Legion's fel Cannons and start firing at the fel bats to clear a path to the Legion Ship. After this is done, the Dreamweavers take the tower and the heroes head towards the Legion ship on Hippogryphs.
They make it to the top of the ship and after killing several legion troops, they make their way to their leader, Dread Vizier Gra'tork. Gra'tork is killed and the heroes escape the ship by jumping off the edge and being caught by Hippogryphs. The Legion ship blows up afterwards.
