In Old Hillsbrad Foothills, he appears as a level 30 NPC in Southshore, talking about how soon everyone will want one of his cloaks.

Cataclysm This section concerns content related to Cataclysm.

Bartolo Ginsetti escaped the Forsaken's plague-bombing of Southshore, and has taken refuge in Fenris Keep. He accepted Darius Crowley's offer to become a worgen in order to immunize himself from the Forsaken's curse of undeath.

He fights alongside the Gilneas Liberation Front during the battle of Silverpine, slaying numerous Orc Sea Dogs. Ultimately, he is killed in battle by Admiral Hatchet.

Old Hillsbrad
You there! Yes, you, peasant <boy/girl>. Come quickly, I must tell you something... I must tell you about my greatness, lest such things are lost in the void!
He flexes.
Ooooh, YAH! Gaze upon my rippling musculature. Bask in the glow of my physique.

Hands off the cloak! Yes, yes, I know that you want one too. Everybody wants one of my cloaks. Believe me, person of low moral and social standing, one day I will make my fortune from the sale of my cloaks. Everyone from here to Ironforge will know the name of Bartolo Ginsetti. The Ginsetti label will be coveted by all!
