Bound Elementals are sandstorm elementals summoned by 7th Legion Sandwalkers in Vol'dun during the Faction Assaults. Others are summoned by Sandwalker Vakaara and have the <Sandwalker Vakaara's Minion> title.
Abilities
Abrasion — The caster hits the target with abrasive sand, inflicting Physical damage to the target and reducing their defense for 8 sec, increasing the damage they take by 20%.
