Captured Civilians are Horde civilians captured by the Burning Legion during the Legion Invasions. By the time adventurers arrives to the Kor'kron meat camp in the Northern Barrens they are already dead, their bodies surrounded with an aura of dark energy.
Some of them can still be saved, in the form of encaged Plains Travelers, Orc Captives and Imprisoned Trolls.
