Darkmoon Ring-Flinger is awarded to players who earn the 
[Triumphant Turtle Tossing] achievement at the Ring Toss event at the Darkmoon Faire by landing all 10 rings on the turtle in a single play session. See the Triumphant Turtle Tossing achievement for more information.
