The Dead Thief is the corpse of a Defias Brotherhood member that can be found at Hogger Hill in Elwynn Forest. On the ground beside him is a Westfall Deed, stolen from Farmer Furlbrow.
He was probably slain by Hogger.
Trivia
- He used to blink his eyes despite being dead. This appears to have been fixed at some point.
