Deathguard Elites are Forsaken guards that appear at the entrance of Deathknell and inside Brill to protect the area from Alliance adventurers. They can see through stealth mechanics. They also have a larger health pool than regular guards, having the same HP as the Royal Dreadguards and hit harder than regular guards. They accompany Sylvanas Windrunner into Silverpine Forest.

Prior to the Battle for the Broken Shore, several of them appeared at the Dranosh'ar Blockade in Durotar. They later fought during the same battle beside Sylvanas.
