Desperate Measures is a passive Brewmaster monk ability, available at level 45. It becomes active when the monk is at or below 35% health, removing (and reseting) [Expel Harm]'s cooldown.

Patch 6.0.2 (2014-10-14): Removed. Its effects have been incorporated into 
[Stance of the Sturdy Ox].
- The effect is not displayed under the Ox Stance tooltip itself, but Expel Harm's (modified by specialization).

- Hotfix (2012-11-27): Desperate Measures now also resets the cooldown on Expel Harm when the Monk is below 35% health.
