Drunken Brewfest Revelers are goblins and dwarves found drinking and partying at the Brewfest festivals and fairgrounds outside the capital cities during the Brewfest holiday. The more sober party guests are the Brewfest Revelers.
The drunks are all completely hammered. The dwarven revelers are reeking, shirtless drunkards.
