Elemental Rift (Cataclysm)

The subject of this article or section was part of the Elemental Unrest, a world event that heralded the beginning of the earth-shattering Cataclysm.

Elemental Rift

Elemental Rifts spawn during the Elemental Unrest in nearly every zone on Azeroth and Outland. Depending on the location, they will spawn Gusting Elementals, Rumbling Elementals, Searing Elementals, or Surging Elementals. Killing all four types of rifts rewards the Feat of Strength  [Tripping the Rifts].

Notes

• Elemental rifts will disappear if you get too close to them in between elemental spawnings.
