At the redoubt, between Marileth and Draka (and Kevin) is the green circle. Stand in it and use the bonus ability again. Another cutscene plays. Turn in to Draka.

This concludes the "House of Plagues" chapter of the Maldraxxus storyline. Draka previously started  [53-60] A Common Peril and  [53-60] Baron of the Chosen, which started two other forks of the campaign. Complete all three forks to continue.

Once all three forks are complete, Draka will continue the Maldraxxus campaign with  [53-60] Among the Chosen.
