Agent Proudwell was a human quest giver located by the Dark Portal in the Blasted Lands. He was affiliated with the Argent Dawn. He was added in patch 2.0.3 for the world event in the week before the release of World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade. He was removed after January 16, 2007 when the Burning Crusade went live.
