Cliff Giants are mountain giants found northwestern Feralas, fighting Corrupted Cliff Giants. When they felt the land being corrupted by the Emerald Nightmare they weeped tears of sorrow, and although they no longer weep, those same tears can be used to seal the portal to the Emerald Dream.

Abilities

•  Boulder — Hurls a boulder at an enemy, inflicting Physical damage.
•  War Stomp — Knocks nearby enemies back.

Objective of

The subject of this section was removed from World of Warcraft in patch 4.0.3a but is present in Classic Era.

• They drop  [Encrusted Minerals] and  [Metallic Fragments] for  [50] Natural Materials.
• They drop  [Miniaturization Residue] for  [48] Zapped Giants and  [46] Again With the Zapped Giants.

Patch changes

• Patch 4.0.3a (2010-11-23): Level reduced from 49-50 Elite to 35. Now friendly to players.
  
• Patch 1.5.0 (2005-06-07): Mountain Giants in Feralas now drop loot more appropriate to their elite status.
