This encounter is part of the Battle of Dazar'alor raid where Alliance characters are transformed into soldiers of the Horde.

Unrivaled in their ingenuity, Gelbin Mekkatorque's inventions have been instrumental to the Alliance's attack on Dazar'alor. His state-of-the-art armor is outfitted with the latest--and deadliest--ordnance that gnomish engineering can offer.

Overview[]

Mekkatorque halts the Horde counter-attack using his latest weaponry and inventions.

Spark Bots protected by a Gnomish Force Shield are called in that pursue players until they're disabled. Take advantage of World Enlarger to hijack Spark Bots and shut them down.

Damage Dealer Alert Damage Dealers[]

  • Hide from your allies when Gigavolt Charge is about to expire.
  • Utilize crowd control abilities to prevent Spark Bots from getting into Spark Pulse range.
  • Seek out and tamper with Spark Bots when Shrunk. Await instructions from your allies before inputting a shutdown code!

  • Spell mage flameorb blue Buster Cannon — Mekkatorque fires off his Buster Cannon. Players struck by it suffer Nature damage instantly, additional Nature damage every 1 sec, and their Haste is reduced by 100%. Lasts 10 sec.
  • Ability siege engineer death from above Heavy Thrusters Deadly — Mekkatorque activates his heavy thrusters to Blast Off from his current location, and then Crash Down at another location.
    • Inv gizmo rocketbootextreme Blast Off — Inflicts Fire damage to players within 10 yards of Mekkatorque.
    • Spell shaman earthquake Crash Down Healer Alert — Inflicts Physical damage to all players, and Physical damage to players within 12 yards.

While Shrunk you can tamper with Spark Bots. In Raid Finder difficulty, Shrunk players can not be Trampled. In Mythic difficulty, World Enlarger causes a player to become enormous.

At 40% health remaining Mekkatorque lifts off and assaults players from the air. Mekkatorque goes into Hyperdrive upon landing.
