Jorrix Powerspark is a gnome located at the Pinchwhistle Gearworks in the Spires of Arak where he can be found talking to Colby Jacob. He has a Pepe on his head.
He is also found in the Hall of Shadows, still with Pepe.
He later appeared in Rustbolt on Mechagon Island, sitting with Staxie Yizzletorch, drinking, and still with Pepe on his head.
