Warlord Torok is an orc quest giver initially located at the Forsaken Rear Guard in Silverpine Forest. However, he will relocate, along with Admiral Hatchet, to the Sepulcher, where Sylvanas Windrunner personally oversees the Horde war effort.
Torok's Orc Sea Dogs are not the most competent troops. He apparently needs to send them into battle with an adequate supply of liquor or they will fare poorly, as was the case at the Decrepit Fields.
He is ultimately seen fighting worgen in The Battlefront.
