Calls down a pillar of fire, burning all enemies within the area for (60.84% of Spell power) Fire damage and reducing their movement speed by 20% for 8 sec.
Rank 2 (Level 43): Cast time reduced by 0.5 seconds.
Flamestrike is best used against several enemies that are closely stacked together, especially when talented into [Flame Patch]. However, due to its long cast time, it shouldn't be casted unless [Hot Streak] is up. Cast when Hot Streak activates instead of [Pyroblast] when this occurs.
Improvements
[Flame Patch] causes Flamestrike to leave behind a ground effect, burning enemies for additional damage over 8 seconds.
[Hot Streak] allows the next Flamestrike to be instant cast and doubles its Ignite damage.
[Pyromaniac] gives Flamestrike casts a chance to reactivate Hot Streak.
PvP Talents
[World in Flames] reduces the cast time of Flamestrike by 1.25 seconds and increases its damage done by 20%.
Flamestrike is a basic Mage spell in Hearthstone. The flavor text reads: "When the ground is on fire, you should not stop, drop, and roll."
Flamestrike is one of Kael'thas' Basic Abilities in Heroes of the Storm. Unlike its Warcraft III and WoW counterparts, it leaves no burning area after the initial explosion.
