Foulbelly is a rare ogre found standing to the right of the tower in the ogre quarter of Stromgarde Keep in the Arathi Highlands. He is on a 32 to 48 hour respawn timer.
By the time of the Battle for Stromgarde, Foulbelly relocated to Boulderfist Outpost.
Abilities
- Aura of Rot - Inflicts Nature damage to nearby enemies.
- Deadly Poison - Inflicts Nature damage to an enemy every 3 seconds for 15 sec.
- Plague Cloud - Reduces Strength, Agility and Intellect for all enemies in a selected area for 20 sec.
