Gilnean Envoys were Forsaken Battle for Gilneas recruiters located at various spots throughout the largest Horde cities - Orgrimmar, Silvermoon City, Thunder Bluff, and Undercity. They only appeared during the monthly Call to Arms: Battle for Gilneas.

Strangely, they wore Scourge tabards.
