Hammered Patrons are found in the neutral bar area, The Grim Guzzler in Blackrock Depths. They are non-elite level 44 to 52. Once you enter the bar they start off neutral.
You can aggro them in different ways, the easiest being to whack with any weapon or spell. Select one and push auto-attack and you will attack the mob. You will aggro several mobs around the one you just attacked. This radius isn't very big, so if you pull mobs carefully you can clear the whole bar quite painlessly.
