Hitting the Books is the hunter version quest designed to introduce artifact research to the player. Each of the created cost 500 and take three days to complete.
Start a Research Work Order.
You have a weapon both ancient and powerful. And yet, we barely understand it. If we truly want to unlock all of its potential, we need to learn more about it. I can help with that.
Still, it will take time and more eyes than just mine to sift through all this history, translate it, and turn it into something meaningful.
We should prioritize some of the order's resources towards this research. It will be worth every minute.
Never have the lessons of our past had more impact on the trials that lay before us than they do now. This research is exceedingly important.
Excellent. I'll get back to you with the results as soon as I can.
In three days, when you pick up the Artifact Research Notes Holt will have this to say:
- A weapon of legend, that's what you hold. I've uncovered some of its history, and have written it here so that all might partake in its glory.
- Holt turns to Tales of the Hunt and points to it.
- I'll keep inscribing anything I find here. It's worth taking a look if you have some time.
