Horned Skull
Horned Skull is found at [47.4, 66.9] / [42.6, 46.8] in the center room of the lower level of the Fissure of Fury in Gorgrond. It can be looted for 25 
[Garrison Resources].
Tracking quest
To check whether the Horned Skull has been looted, copy and paste this command into the chat window:
/run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(35056))
If a "true" appears in the chat window, the Horned Skull has been looted; "false" indicates the opposite.
