[Anniversary Gift]. During [WoW's 12th Anniversary], it could be purchased from Historian Llore in Stormwind City or Historian Ju'pa in Orgrimmar at a cost of 50 
.
When used, it equips the player who uses it with a replica of the infamous 
[Thunderfury, Blessed Blade of the Windseeker]. It also rewards the achievement [Did Someone Say...?] the first time it is used.
