Itzali is an employee of Blizzard Entertainment. She is employed as a member of the World of Warcraft Quality Assurance team for the North America region.
She was introduced to the community by Arvaanas on June 7, 2018 as the latter's replacement as the "main Quality Assurance representative for the PTR, Beta and WoW Bug Report forums."[1]
