The Kirin Tor Offensive Tabard is purchased for 10 at exalted standing with the Kirin Tor Offensive from Hiren Loresong on the Violet Rise of the Isle of Thunder.

Prior to Patch 5.4.0, the tabard shared its design and textures with the standard [Tabard of the Kirin Tor].
