Lefty is a level 60 elite gnome rogue, and is part of Theldren's team of gladiators at the Blackrock Depths arena.
His weapon, 
[Lefty's Brass Knuckle], can sometimes be found in the Arena Spoils after defeating Theldren's team.
Abilities
Drink Healing Potion — Uses a Holy elixir to heal the caster. 
Knockdown — Inflicts 32 to 48 damage to an enemy, stunning it for 2 sec. 
Snap Kick — Kicks an enemy for 2 damage, interrupting the spell being cast for 4 sec. 
Initiate Secret Technique — Caster begins the secret five fingered exploding heart technique.

Is unknown what class Lefty is, if any, but he has been assumed to be a rogue. However, his abilities and choice of weapons make him more similar to a monk, although the Monk class didn't exist when he was implemented.
