A lok'vadnod is a prestigious song composed for a specific individual. It is commonly seen as the greatest honor the orcs can grant to an individual. Great chieftains, shaman, and warchiefs are the usual candidates for lok'vadnod, and Orgrim Doomhammer, Grom Hellscream, and Durotan have all been granted lok'vadnod. Thrall does not have one in his name, as lok'vadnod are composed after the tale of a hero is finished, when they die.
- Orgrim Doomhammer
- Grommash Hellscream
- Taretha Foxton
- Garrosh Hellscream was planning to have one.
- All those who died during the war against the Lich King were to receive one, including Dranosh Saurfang.
- After Broxigar's death during the War of the Ancients, Krasus, disguised as an orc shaman, delivered the news of Broxigar's death to Thrall in Orgrimmar and asked him to sing songs of Broxigar, likely referring to lok'vadnods.
