Lulubelle Fizzlebang (or Lulu) is a gnome warlock member of the Council of the Black Harvest. She is the sister of Wilfred Fizzlebang, a famous gnome warlock who was killed by Lord Jaraxxus after he inadvertently summoned him during the Trial of the Crusader.

As a member of the great Fizzlebang family of summoners, Lulubelle was needed by the Council to bring stronger demons to their cause, and mostly to summon the powerful Eredar Twins in order to enslave them using the Kira's Bloodstone. The Council could not afford to lose another member due to inexperience and, with the Broken Isles swarming with new blood, all hoping to make a name for themselves in this time of chaos, they hoped to find one worthy enough. Their scouting efforts eventually paid off: Ritssyn Flamescowl had reason to believe that Wilfred Fizzlebang's sister had made her way to Stormheim. If she had half her brother's power he said, but at least twice his intelligence, then they just might succeed in summoning the Twins.

When the First of the Black Harvest found her, she recognized them as the Council's new leader because of their weapon, and asked them to not mention to anyone that they had seen her. She believed that a confession alone would not be enough to clear her name and that her location had to be kept secret, at least until she had proof of her innocence: thanks to the legacy of her family name, any time some miserable warlock summons demons they can't control, she would get the blame. The scene of her latest "crime" was a nearby cave, where unruly imps and other nasty demons were roaming free because of a lousy warlock. The First thus went to the cave, banished the summoned demons back to the Twisting Nether, and got the warlock to write them a written confession. Armed with this confession, Lulubelle would be able to prove her innocence and focus on more pressing matters, thus joining the Council on Dreadscar Rift.

Lulubelle warned that what the Council planned to do was pretty risky: summoning one sister would be difficult enough, but both of them at once was just asking for trouble. Luckily, she was up for the challenge. She thus helped the rest of the Council summon the Eredar Twins, in the hopes of restoring pride to the Fizzlebang name.

The First then named a new Sixth, choosing between Lulubulle and Kira Iresoul.

Lulu doesn't need to hide away in shame anymore, and she thanks the First for that. She says it's a debt she doubts she'll ever be able to repay, but she'd like to try.
