Race preview
For untold generations, the orc clans of Draenor battled one another in endless war. But when Gul'dan offered them the blood of his demonic masters, the disparate tribes of Mag'har—the orcish word for "uncorrupted"—refused the dark bargain and banded together to drive out the Burning Legion. United under the leadership of Grommash Hellscream, the Mag'har pledged to one day repay Azeroth's heroes for aiding their cause. As war against the Alliance intensifies, the Horde must call upon the might of the Mag'har to seize victory.[3]
Note: the official Battle for Azeroth website says "In the aftermath of the fall of Hellfire Citadel..." instead of "United under the leadership of Grommash Hellscream..."[4]
Creation screen description
The orc clans of Draenor never drank the demon blood that corrupted their distant kin. Proud and defiant, they stood united as one tribe--the Mag'har. With their unrelenting courage and fierce sense of honor, the Mag'har now fight to claim a new home on Azeroth.

The ending cinematic of the Hellfire Citadel raid confirms that brown orcs are seen among the draenei forces that liberated the Citadel and Grommash Hellscream with it. As such, these brown orcs were presumably friendly to the draenei and Azeroth forces during the battle. This, along with the presence of friendly Frostwolf, Laughing Skull and Shadowmoon forces during the Warlords of Draenor storyline, as well as the fact that many Blackrock orcs deserted indicates that these playable Mag'har orcs might be reformed Iron Horde members.
This wouldn't be the first time that previous enemies would be made playable in a later expansion pack, and the more evil/extremists members of the Iron Horde were presumably killed already during the Hellfire Citadel raid, leaving out the uncorrupted orcs as those that didn't wished to join the Burning Legion. Whether the remains of the Blackfuse Company or Highmaul ogres could join the Horde as well remains to be seen.
The datamined Gorgrond map seems to be free of Primals presence, indicating the capital of these alternate Draenor orcs could potentially be Blackrock Foundry.
