Mount Up is a passive guild perk that increases mounted speed outside of Battlegrounds and Arenas.
Patch changes
Patch 6.0.2 (2014-10-14): Guild level system removed; this perk is now granted to all guilds (instead of those at level 3). 
Patch 4.0.6 (2011-02-08): This guild perk now applies to 
[Flight Form] and [Swift Flight Form] as well. - Patch 4.0.3a (2010-11-23): Added.
