Mr. Pinchy's Blessing
500 HP Health Bonus gained randomly when using the 
[Mr. Pinchy] item. This counts as a flask item, meaning it persists through death, and also counts as a Guardian and Battle Elixir.
Previous to 2.1.0, this buff gave 1200 HP, the same as a 
[Flask of the Titans]. The buff is now 500 HP, 100 HP more than the current Titans flask, but does not have the 10 Defense Rating bonus the 
[Flask of Fortification] offers.
