Nethrandamus is Altruis the Sufferer's nether drake mount.
Players fly on Nethrandamus during the quest 
[68] Survey the Land, where he takes players on a tour of the Forge Camps of Nagrand.
While Altruis appears in Legion, Nethrandamus does not. However, 
[Nethrandamus' Zephyr] is a reward from [100 - 110] Dark Revelations.
In Hearthstone
Nethrandamus appears as a legendary card in the initiate set for the demon hunter class in Hearthstone. His flavor text reads: "Missed the big descent with the other dragons. But better late and nether!"
