Off Balance is a debuff that is applied to a death knight player whenever they change weapons. It temporarily prevents benefiting from any 
[Runeforging] enchants.
Notes
This was added due to death knight players swapping out their weapons in order to benefit from more runeforge enchant effects than was intended.
