Eagle's Bite (1 rank) Hunter artifact trait Harpoon applies On the Trail, a unique damage over time effect that deals (360% of attack power) damage over 12 sec. Your melee autoattacks extend its duration by 6 sec.

Eagle's Bite is a Survival hunter artifact trait. It is linked to the [Fluffy, Go] and [Lacerating Talons] traits.

Patch changes

• Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Removed.
  
• Hotfix (2017-06-14): Unseen Predator's Cloak will now correctly increase the Critical Strike chance of the periodic damage from On The Trail (Artifact Trait).
  
• Hotfix (2017-01-17): On the Trail damage increased by 36%.
  
• Patch 7.1.5 (2017-01-10): Damage caused by On the Trail should no longer break control effects such as [Polymorph] or [Freezing Trap].
