Optimo is a level 18 rare mob Proto-Strider, a creation of Bingles Blastenheimer who rebelled with jealousy when he was working on his new invention, the Skystrider. It is rarely encountered in Ironwing Cavern while on 
[18] Bird is the Word.
Trivia
With its blue and red color scheme, it may a reference to the Transformer Optimus Prime.
